What's a video minute?
One minute of a video you export, however many animations it has. Exporting a 4-minute video uses 4 minutes. Uploads don't use minutes; they use your plan's space.
Why do I use my own AI keys?
Revoyse plans and draws with AI from providers like Anthropic or OpenAI. You connect your own key, so your provider bills you directly at their prices and we never mark it up. Since you only pay for what you use, it comes to about 85% less than an all-in-one plan. Your first 5 minutes are on us.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
On Starter and Creator, move up a plan whenever you like. On Studio, add an hour (60 minutes) at a time for $4.50. You pay for a pack when you buy it, and its minutes are added as soon as the payment goes through. They never expire.
Why is the AI bill only an estimate?
It depends on how long your videos are, which models you choose and your provider's current prices. The plans show a typical figure of about $0.25 per video minute.
Do I need my own AI keys to self-host?
Yes. Self-hosted Revoyse runs on your own computer or server and uses your own keys, so the one-time price is all you pay us. On the multi-user version, everyone on your server shares one set of keys.
How does pricing for multiple users work?
$600 covers your first 7 users. Each extra user is $50, paid once. Every 1.x update is included, for all your users. For more than 100 users, talk to us.
Which updates are included with self-hosting?
Every 1.x update, free, for as long as 1.x lasts. Nothing ever stops working: the version you have is yours forever. Revoyse 2.0, the next major version, isn't included.
Which computers does the single-user version run on?
Windows, macOS on Apple silicon or Intel, and Linux. It comes with one account already set up: sign in with the default password and change it straight away.
